deadCENTER is Oklahoma’s largest film festival and one of the 20 “Coolest” festivals in the world according to MovieMaker magazine. For the past 12 years, they have featured thousands of films from around the world and all over the United States. From hilarious comedies and insightful documentaries to scary horror films and intense dramas, deadCENTER selects a broad slate of films each year to cater to their surprisingly diverse audience. deadCENTER’s mission is simple. They want to promote, encourage and celebrate the independent film arts. They do this by putting on the biggest film festival in OKC each June, a year round education program and screenings throughout the year in partnerships with museums and various arts organizations.

How To Participate.

The best way to experience the festival is to purchase an All Access Pass. This gets you priority entrance to all 100 films, panels, parties and events starting with Opening Night on June 7.

They also host a separate bluCENTER Fundraiser Party to kick-off the festival. This year’s party will be at the Chesapeake Boathouse on Wednesday, June 6, before the free outdoor screening of Marley, an amazing documentary about legendary singer Bob Marley.

All-Access Passes.

All-Access Passes are only $125. Beat the rush! Buy your All-Access Passes now for the 2012 deadCENTER Film Festival. It is the easiest way to see every film and attend every festival party and event. Passes purchased online will be held at Will Call at the Festival Headquarters, the Oklahoma City Museum of Art, on Tuesday, June 5 and Wednesday, June 6 from 10:30am to 6pm and on June 7th starting at 10:30am through the end of the festival. You must present a picture ID in order to pick up your passes.

OK City Card Holders.

Have an OKCity Card? Lucky you. With your card, get Two All-Access Passes for the price of one. Only one discount offer per card. Passes purchased online will be held at Will Call at the Festival Headquarters at the Oklahoma City Museum of Art beginning on Thursday, June 7th. You must present a picture ID and your OKCity Card in order to pick up your passes.

Individual Passes.

Individual tickets for screenings are $10 and can be purchased at each screening 20 minutes before show time after pass holders have been seated. They do not sell advanced individual tickets.
